General Return Policy
Because vending machines are commercial equipment and many used machines are individual warehouse units, returns must be approved by Vending Machine Outlet before any item is shipped, delivered, or brought back.
Used Vending Machines
Used machines are typically sold as specific individual units. The buyer should review the listing photos, description, condition notes, repairs completed, payment system details, dimensions, and any included accessories before purchase.
Used machine returns may be limited or unavailable once the machine has been picked up, shipped, installed, modified, stocked with product, moved by a third party, damaged after delivery, or placed into service.
New Machines
New machine returns are subject to manufacturer, distributor, shipping, restocking, and condition requirements. Custom orders, special orders, installed machines, or machines with customer-specific configuration may not qualify for standard returns.
Approved Returns
- All returns require prior approval.
- Customer may be responsible for shipping, pickup, delivery, labor, inspection, and restocking costs.
- Refund timing depends on inspection and payment processor timelines.
- Original delivery, installation, repair, diagnostic, or consulting fees may be non-refundable.
Damaged Shipments
Visible shipping damage should be documented immediately with photos and reported as soon as possible so a freight or delivery claim can be reviewed.
