Warranty Overview
Warranty coverage depends on the machine type, manufacturer, machine condition, sale agreement, repairs completed, and any written warranty terms provided for the specific product listing or invoice.
Used Machines
Used vending machines may have limited warranty coverage or may be sold as-is depending on the listing and sale terms. Any included warranty should be confirmed in writing before purchase.
New Machines
New machines may include manufacturer warranty coverage. Manufacturer warranties may require proper installation, approved use, maintenance, and compliance with the manufacturer's instructions.
What May Not Be Covered
- Damage caused by moving, transport, misuse, vandalism, theft, power problems, water damage, pests, improper cleaning, improper loading, or unauthorized repairs.
- Problems caused by incorrect product loading, poor location conditions, blocked ventilation, or lack of maintenance.
- Consumables, cosmetic wear, locks, keys, bulbs, decals, paint, or accessories unless specifically included.
- Labor, travel, freight, pickup, delivery, installation, or diagnostic costs unless written coverage says otherwise.
Service Requirements
Customers may need to provide photos, videos, model numbers, serial numbers, payment system details, location information, and a description of the issue before warranty or service support can be reviewed.
No Automatic Warranty
A website listing alone does not create warranty coverage. Warranty coverage must be included in the product listing, invoice, written sale agreement, or manufacturer documentation.
